This course prepares participants to inspect seafood-processing plants, farms, feed mills and hatcheries according to the Best Aquaculture Practices standards for environmental sustainability, social responsibility and enhanced HACCP food safety. Potential course candidates must submit an application and illustrate seafood-related experience, English verbal skills, relevant education and completion of a recognized course in audit techniques.
