Vegetable oil, they say, contains an omega-6 fatty acid called linoleic acid (LA) which reduces blood cholesterol levels and lowers the risk of heart disease.

Oils ain’t oils…be carfeul with this one – your Omega-3 ratio needs to be much higher than your Omega-6 in take so tread with caution and nowhat you are eating
